    • Found small screw driver jammed in fan and puncher ed radiator
    • Load test battery, check battery terminals and battery cables. Voltage drop cables. Check for draws on system. Run starter draw test. Test alternator out put and condition of drive belts.
    • Remove old radiator and fan assy. When removing radiator assy. found small orange screw driver in fan. Screw drive punch holes in radiator and jammed fan assy. Install new Radiator and fan assy. Add coolant and pressure test. Test thermostat and fan operation. Road test
    • Install new battery and recheck starting and charging system.. Check for draws on system. Alternator output ok and no draws on system.

    • Scan for codes found code P0520 Engine oil pressure sensor out of range. test sensor out of range.
    • Safety inspection: Check all lights, All fluid levels and condition, Top off if needed. Check belts, Check hoses, check front suspension and steering linkage, pressure check cooling system, check tire pressure and condition. and wiper blades. Includes up to 5 qts of oil. Some filters may be higher. Does not include synthetic oil.
    • All vehicles brought in for service or repair will have tire pressure checked, and inflated to the recommended tire pressure rating as set forth by California Law
    • Vehicle will be test driven, to verify suspension, steering, breaking and engine performances. Visual inspection of all fluids, belts and hoses, cooling system, battery, PCV Valve system and vapor canister, air conditioning tempratures and operation, all lights, interior and exterior, windshield wipers, suspension, brakes, tires and exhaust system. ($39.95 VALUE)
    • Pressure check cooling system, and radiator cap, check all belts and hoses, fan clutch, electric cooling fan, heater core, freeze plugs. Add cleaner and run flushing and filtering mode. Check freeze point of coolant and add needed chemicals. After filtering completed add needed chemicals and anti rust inhibitor. recheck system for 50/50 mix of coolant. Road test and recheck for leaks
